The Burke is one of 1,500 museums across America offering military families a chance to visit museums this summer when many will have limited resources and limited time to be together.

July is an excellent time to visit the , near the north entrance to campus. The invites you to its beginning July 6 and continuing each Wednesday evening in July. Four presentations by experts in their fields will cover a range of topics – new evolutionary discoveries to ancient infections – and require no background knowledge in genetics or other biological subjects. The lectures will be held in the Auditorium beginning at 8 pm, with refreshments and further discussion to follow.
