Preserving Your Work and Email forwarding
On its , the Office of the University Registrar offers this important reminder for students who are current or upcoming graduates:
After graduation, you will eventually lose access to your 91探花accounts. These accounts will be deleted and you will permanently lose any files and emails associated with them. Go to the UW-IT 聽to ensure that your 91探花data will be preserved and your 91探花email is properly forwarded.
You will indefinitely retain your access to My 91探花using your UWNetID and password.

When Do I Get my Diploma?
Diplomas are sent out approximately 2 months after graduation. For more information on diplomas, check out the on the Office of the University Registrar website.
Returning PhD and Professional Degree Rental Regalia after graduation ceremonies
If you miss the June 17 deadline to return your rental regalia to the University Book Store, you will need to ship the regalia to Oak Hall to avoid being charged.聽 The shipping address is:

Place a clearly written note in the box with your name, email address, phone number and the 91探花.聽 We recommend insuring PhD (purple) regalia for $1,231 and Professional (black) regalia for $890.
Make sure you’ve really graduated!
Students who complete all requirements to graduate will get an email confirming their official graduation status after the degree is granted. This email will have the subject 鈥�91探花 Notification of Degree Posting: Next Steps.鈥� It will be sent from registra@uw.edu to your uw.edu email. If you do not receive this email, you have not graduated (even if you attend Commencement). Meet with your adviser to make sure you will meet all graduation requirements.
