The built environment influences decisions to walk or bike differently for lower- and higher-income groups, 91探花researchers have found. Neighborhood density, accessible destinations and fewer vehicles were associated with more walking and biking in lower-income groups, while neighborhood attractiveness was relevant for higher-income groups.
