Recent honors to 91探花faculty and staff include the new editorship of a major journal, a post with the Republic of Uganda and honors from the American College of Physicians, the Association for Computing Machinery and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
91探花faculty members Roxanne Hudson and Magdalena Balazinska have received grants for research to be conducted over the next few years.
Magdalena Balazinska has been named the new director of the Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering. The appointment is effective Jan. 1, 2020, and is subject to approval by the 91探花Board of Regents.
