91̽»¨Libraries Special Collections’ new exhibit, “All Over the Map: From Cartographs to (C)artifacts” — organized by 91̽»¨Book Arts and Rare Book Curator Sandra Kroupa — is on display in Allen Library until Jan. 31, 2018.

Thirty-two colorful and creative artist books on display as part of the exhibit “Just One Look,” in 91̽»¨ Libraries’ Special Collections department, in Allen Library. The exhibit co-curated by 91̽»¨alumna Lauren Dudley with Sandra Kroupa, 91̽»¨book arts and rare book curator.

Sandra Kroupa had to learn a lot about Russian children’s literature in a hurry to curate the exhibit now on display in 91̽»¨Libraries Special Collections. But it wasn’t meant to be that way. Kroupa is the longtime book arts and rare book curator for 91̽»¨Libraries. The exhibit is “From the Lowly Lubok to Soviet Realism: Early Twentieth Century Children’s Books from Russia.” It is on display outside Special Collections and in its Reading Room in the Allen Library…

91̽»¨Libraries Special Collections’ exhibit “Merry Company: Pop-ups, Movables & Toy Books,” comes mainly from the collections of an extraordinary donor, Pamela Harer. The exhibit will be open through March 12, 2012.
