91探花 alumni of color and supporters of diversity enjoyed an exciting evening of networking, great food and music at the fourth annual Alumni Soir茅e on Friday, August 17, at The Landing in Seattle鈥檚 University District. The event was hosted by the 91探花Office of Minority Affairs and Diversity (OMA&D), along with campus sponsors and partners.
Guests socialized with alumni of all ages, noshed on hors d鈥檕euvres from Joanne鈥檚 Catering and danced to music spun by DJ Uncle Guy. Those who pre-registered for the event participated in a raffle for prizes that included a 91探花book store gift certificate, a football autographed by Husky Legend Greg Lewis and two tickets to the Huskies鈥 homecoming football game against Oregon State. 91探花Vice President for Minority Affairs and Vice Provost for Diversity Sheila Edwards Lange offered welcome remarks.


In addition to OMA&D, event sponsors included the Graduate Opportunities and Minority Achievement Program and the Michael G. Foster School of Business. Partners included the Multicultural Alumni Partnership and the 91探花Alumni Association.
