Students, educators and administrators interested in learning how the new REAL Hope Act will be implemented are invited to attend an informational forum on Tues., March 18, from 4-6 p.m. at the on the 91探花 Seattle campus.
The REAL (Raising Educational Access, Changing Lives) Hope Act, Senate Bill 6523, was signed into law by Washington Governor Jay Inslee on Feb. 26 and extends state need grant funds to undocumented students to help pay for college.
Representatives from the 91探花, Washington State Achievement Council and Latino/a Educational Achievement Program will present information and resources to help students and educators understand the application process for this financial aid.
