The Office of Minority Affairs & Diversity (OMA&D) introduced first-year students and their families to the 91探花at its annual Welcome Daze kick off luncheon at the Husky Union Building, Sept. 23.
Held in conjunction with UW鈥檚 Dawg Daze, Welcome Daze provides opportunities for incoming freshmen and transfer students to learn about campus and community resources, as well as connect with current students, OMA&D staff and 91探花administrators. The festivities included a welcome program with remarks from 91探花Vice President for Minority Affairs & Diversity Rickey Hall, entertainment, raffle prizes and a resource fair.
