Five new members named to initiative executive council

WFive new faculty have been named to the 30-member Population Health Initiative executive council by President Ana Mari Cauce. They are:

  • Carmen Gonzalez, assistant professor of communication, College of Arts & Sciences
  • , professor of practice, environmental and forest sciences,聽College of the Environment
  • , John R. Kiley endowed professor of civil & environmental engineering, College of Engineering
  • , professor of pharmacy and global health, and associate dean for research, graduate programs and new initiatives, School of Pharmacy
  • , assistant professor of atmospheric sciences and biology, College of the Environment and College of Arts & Sciences

These individuals succeeded five members who left the council as part of its annual rotation.
