Where do non- 91̽»¨multiple PIs provide assurances?

Sponsors, including NIH, may allow Multiple PIs. NIH has an assurance requirement for each PI.

91̽»¨PIs and now 91̽»¨ provide their within SAGE when they approve their eGC1. However,  Non- 91̽»¨Multiple PIs assurances are provided outside of SAGE.

To help reduce confusion, the Non- 91̽»¨Multiple PI assurance statement instructions and an example template have been updated.

While OSP does NOT require Non- 91̽»¨PI assurance statements to be attached on the eGC1, such assurance must be retained by the PI/dept. within local unit files.
