Administrative Elements

Administrative elements of a proposal will need to satisfy technical requirements set by the sponsor, as well as compliance requirements based on regulations or University policy.

For eGC1 proposals submitted 7 or more business days before a sponsor deadline, the 鈥淪cope of Work鈥� (鈥淪OW鈥�) may still be in a draft form. Note, however, that the SOW must be far enough along to allow for the accurate identification of any potential compliance issues. The SOW submitted must be the SOW affiliated with the business proposal. Administrative elements also include areas such as facilities, resources, and IT capabilities, as well as formatting and sponsor requirements.
