You must have an ASTRA SAGE GCA role
You must be added to the list of via the administration tool

To appear on the drop-down list of users in the tool, you must have signed in to SAGE at least once.

The current ASTRA roles for GCA staff are:

GCA Manager
GCA Research Accountant
GCA Cash
GCA Front Desk
GCA BFAL
GCA System Support
