The 91探花 aims to provide a research security focused culture while maintaining an open-research environment.<\/p>\n
Our collaborative approach is one of our principal values, but it can expose us to security risks, foreign influence, and to those who would seek to exploit the open nature of U.S. academic institutions.<\/p>\n
Some sponsors may have Research Security Training requirements which must be met by covered individuals<\/a> participating on a project before a proposal can be submitted.<\/p>\n The USDA requires all individuals employed to work on a USDA award<\/em> to complete Research Security Training (see USDA’s General Terms and Conditions for Federal Awards)<\/a>.\u00a0 See What are Federal Sponsor Research Security Requirements?<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n These requirements can be met by completing Research Security Training in CITI.<\/a><\/p>\n Review information on Required Training<\/a> and these FAQs<\/a>.<\/p>\n Information and guidance provided in the following informational videos are designed as a quick reference guide about your role as senior and key personnel in research security protections for federally funded research. This material complements, but does not replace any required training on these topics.<\/p>\n We also touch on how you can build research security protections into your research team and lab environment as a matter of routine.
