Spring Resources & Opportunities (Volume 4) Husky Pawket Guide

Husky Pawket Guide From the Desk of Dr. Denzil Suite, 91̽»¨Division of Student Life

Hello Huskies,

We’re just a few weeks away from the end of spring quarter! I know many of you are feeling the excitement this time of year always brings, but you may also be concerned about the challenges facing our university.

These are difficult times: we are facing frequent and unpredictable changes at the federal level, pressing budget issues and disruptions on campus. And while I can’t predict what will happen in the future, I can say with certainty that the best way for us to navigate all of this is together.Ìý

As President Cauce said in her message at the end of April, it’s crucial that we unite in the face of these unprecedented challenges. We are always stronger when we stand together as a community – when we remember our shared values and unite behind our common purpose.Ìý

If you need support, please contact the (and check out our recent video  for helpful tips on coping with uncertainty). To stay up to date on the UW’s response to federal issues, visit the provost’s webpage.Ìý

Enjoy these last weeks of the quarter, and remember that the 91̽»¨is here for you. Together, we will ensure that our values remain strong, and that our mission to serve the greater good continues well into the future.

Sincerely,

Denzil
