Autumn Resources & Opportunities (Volume 4) Husky Pawket Guide

HUSKY PAWKET GUIDE

FROM THE DESK OF DR. DENZIL SUITE
91̽»¨DIVISION OF STUDENT LIFE

Hello Huskies,

At this time of year, many of us spend time thinking about what we’re grateful for. The practice of gratitude — reflecting on it and expressing it — is good for our mental health and strengthens our connections to the people in our lives.

In this busy season, I encourage you to pause for a few moments each day and think about what you’re grateful for. I also encourage you to share your gratitude by participating in the Husky Gratitude Challenge from LiveWell! You can find details about that below.

In this season and always, I am grateful for each of you and for our Husky community.

Sincerely,

Denzil
