WHICH IS COMPRISED OF WORKS IN
WHICH BOTH THE CHARACTERS AND
READERS ARE LEFT DOUBTING THE
NATURE OF REALITY. IN THIS CLASS
WE WILL EXAMINE SEVERAL CLASSICS
OF THIS MOVEMENT WITH THE GOAL OF
DEVELOPING THE STUDENTS' SKILL IN
CRITICALLY ANALYZING AND
WRITING ABOUT LITERARY TEXTS.
STUDENTS WILL BE INTRODUCED TO THE
THEORY BEHIND THE CLASSIFICATION

EXPLORE RECENT CHANGES IN US AND
INTERNATIONAL CITIES THROUGH A
FOCUS ON URBAN DESIGN,
CARTOGRAPHY-DEMOGRAPHY, AND
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT. STUDENTS
WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO
ENGAGE LOCAL COMMUNITIES THROUGH
RESEARCH, SERVICE, AND PUBLIC
SCHOLARSHIP. THROUGHOUT THE
COURSE, SPECIAL ATTENTION WILL BE
GIVEN TO THE ISSUES OF SOCIAL
JUSTICE, EQUITY, AND DIVERSITY.
