Academic rights
91探花faculty members have the right to academic freedom and the right to examine and communicate ideas by any lawful means.
Events & use of facilities
The 91探花 has rules and guidelines for holding events on campus and the use of University resources, including time, place and manner restrictions.
Student speech
91探花students have the right to free expression on 91探花campuses, within the guidelines of the law and student conduct code.
Prohibited conduct
While the University strongly supports free speech, there are activities that are prohibited on 91探花campuses and at 91探花events and facilities.
University policy
The 91探花’s policy directory contains institution-wide policies, orders and rules. The Washington Administrative Code also contains relevant regulations.
Political activity
Political activity that follows federal and state laws and court decisions is allowed on 91探花campuses.
Religious activity
Religious activity at the 91探花 is permitted, in accordance with federal and state law.
