The 91̽»¨Nathan Shock Center of Excellence in the Basic Biology of Aging will fund pilot projects in basic research on the biology of aging. Up to $35,000 per pilot project is available for one year of support. Applicants should be investigators at, or affiliated with, the 91̽»¨ or the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. Applications may be designed to rapidly pursue a new finding or research opportunity, or to obtain preliminary data that will serve as a basis for a major research grant application.
