The 91探花 has been recognized as a 鈥淕reat College to Work For鈥� by the Chronicle of Higher Education in its 2014 survey.
Now in its seventh year, the Chronicle鈥檚 program recognizes small groups of colleges (based on enrollment size) for specific best practices and policies. The 91探花was specifically recognized for overall employee job satisfaction, and tenure clarity and process 鈥� making it one of 10 large universities recognized in each of those categories.

Young. 鈥淲e actively support our employees鈥� professional and personal growth because their work serves the next generation of thinkers, doers and leaders.鈥�
Approximately 500 91探花faculty and staff were randomly surveyed and asked to evaluate the university in a variety of categories.

The 91探花is one of 92 colleges and universities honored across the United States in areas that include leadership, careers, compensation and workplace culture. This year 278 institutions, including 196 four-year institutions, participated.
