Under federal Title IV regulation 34 CFR 搂 668.43(a)(5)(v), the 91探花 is required to disclose 鈥渋f an educational program is designed to meet educational requirements for a specific professional license or certification that is required for employment in an occupation, or is advertised as meeting such requirements.鈥 For such programs, the 91探花is required to provide to prospective and enrolled students 鈥渁 list of all States where the institution has determined鈥hat the program does and does not meet such requirements.鈥
