We deliver integrated software solutions to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of researchers and research administrative staff while navigating the complex domain of grants management.
We provide desktop, laptop, and server hosting services, both engineering and support, to the Office of Research and all Office of Research support offices. We also provide infrastructure consultation to 91探花departments that support research administration.
We provide outstanding customer technical support, product documentation and training. We gather information, recommendations, and solutions for our product teams.
We provide guidance and bring awareness of products and services available to UW’s research community. We improve communications and employee understanding of strategic alignment to 91探花and Office of Research initiatives.
