Service and leadership roots run deep for Honors alumnus and his daughter, a current Honors student

Rob and Madeleine McKennaWashington state graduated from the 91探花鈥檚 Honors Program in 1985 with degrees in economics and international studies. As an undergraduate, he also served as the student-body president.

Twenty-five years later, his daughter Madeleine McKenna follows her father鈥檚 footsteps as a current Honors student, also earning degrees in economics and international studies. Madeleine McKenna is the current ASUW vice president and co-founder of , a program that connects freshmen with seasoned students to ease their transitions to the University.

We asked Rob McKenna and Madeleine McKenna to talk about their commitments to service and leadership.
