Service and leadership roots run deep for Honors alumnus and his daughter, a current Honors student
Washington state graduated from the 91探花鈥檚 Honors Program in 1985 with degrees in economics and international studies. As an undergraduate, he also served as the student-body president.
Twenty-five years later, his daughter Madeleine McKenna follows her father鈥檚 footsteps as a current Honors student, also earning degrees in economics and international studies. Madeleine McKenna is the current ASUW vice president and co-founder of , a program that connects freshmen with seasoned students to ease their transitions to the University.
We asked Rob McKenna and Madeleine McKenna to talk about their commitments to service and leadership.
