Overview
As part of your travel registration, you will be required to download International SOS, UW’s emergency assistance provider.
For students (or anyone enrolled in a credit-bearing capacity, including if the travel is related to employment), you will be prompted to download International SOS as part of your study abroad requirements. All student accounts will be charged for your global insurance, based on the duration of your program or official activity abroad.
Students participating in a 91探花study abroad program聽will complete insurance enrollment as part of their study abroad application process.
REMINDER: Per the Official International Student Travel Policy, if you do not register your travel, you are not eligible for this Cigna coverage.
For faculty, staff, and other academic personnel, your international insurance is included in your benefits. Please note this coverage is solely for official 91探花travel.
