As the Undergraduate Research Symposium continues to grow, we are eager to have students from all fields of research participating. Here, you鈥檒l find examples to help you imagine how your project could take shape at the Symposium. Application timeline
- Application open:听Jan. 6, 2026, 12:00 a.m.
- Application closes:听Feb. 12, 2026, 11:59 p.m.
- Applicants must hit submit by this deadline in order to be considered to present.
- 听Mentor feedback deadline:听Feb. 20, 2026
- Revision window: Mar. 9 – 16, 2026
- During this time, applicants will be able to make minor edits that do not alter the nature of their research from the original submission.
- Registration: Mar. 17 – 27, 2026
- Presenter check-in:听May 14 – 15, 2026

Abstract Writing Workshop
In pair with our Symposium Information Sessions, we are hosting an Abstract Writing Workshop! This workshop will take place听January 27, 2026, from 2 – 4 p.m. and is come-and-go.
